Where it all began…

Palm Beach Bar & Grill was born from humble beginnings as a little food truck—First State Corn & More—founded by Kathryn and James in 2021.

What started as a mobile kitchen serving flame-roasted corn, loaded baked potatoes, and handmade shaved ice quickly became a popular place for a delicious bite in Rehoboth Beach.

Inspired by their time in Florida and driven by a passion for bold flavors, Kathryn and James brought something truly unique to the Cape Region.

That success laid the foundation for their first brick-and-mortar restaurant just steps from the boardwalk—and ultimately paved the way for their next venture, Palm Beach Bar & Grill, blending Caribbean soul, South Florida flair, and Southern comfort into one unforgettable dining experience.
